On his site he advertised that he accepts Blue Shield HMO) After waiting three weeks for my schedule appointment I get there and they tell me we’re sorry we don’t accept that carrier! Really frustrating !

Very disappointed the payment was the main concern and I was given a partial exam per Dr. Mutyala because of my insurance. Then the girl at the desk when I was leaving try to charge me almost 3 times the amount I was supposed to pay and I told her that was incorrect and she said well that’s just the way we do it and I said well I’m not gonna pay that so after disappearing for a while came out and said OK pay the 20% which was correct.

It's okay... Old equipment for routine eye exams, long visit due to waiting for the staff to find the ZocDoc forms, etc.
Won't use them again for a routine eye exam.

Horrible. Came in for a simple eye exam and ended up paying a huge deductible because the staff neglected to tell me that although they covered Aetna Insurance, they did not cover "my kind of vision insurance". They should have told me that from the start however, they told me when I was leaving... Of course.
I also had to sign forms again even though I had sent them through ZocDoc - They lady did not know how to pull the information?
On top of everything, they forgot to give me my eye prescription at the end and had to mail... Never again.

they tried to get his partner to see me even though i set the appointment with Dr Mutyala . When i ask the other Dr why, he was very unprofessional and "smart" with me.
