Mandeep is a gem! I was dealing with an emergency issue and was able to get in quickly. I’ve also been looking for a new primary care manager, and I think I found her! She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable with the care plan. So refreshing to have a physician really listen!

I loved NP. Mandeep. She was patient, asked appropriate questions and gave the referrals and prescriptions that I requested. I am returning for a follow up. The front desk staff were ok but seemed to require more training. They had trouble answering my questions. Maybe they were new. The only suggestion I have.

This wasn't the doctors office's fault, but on Zoc Doc they were classifies as an OBGYN, and they ended up having to refer me to someone else who did actual examinations of IUD's. This office only handles giving out birth control, and are more of a general primary care doctor. They were really nice about finding me someone close to me who could actually examine me and specializes in IUD's, and I will still be going to her for my primary care needs. She also gave me a skin cream for my discoloration from the sun on my hand, and referred me to a dermatologist.Great bedside manner as well!

My experience at this office was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. The provider sped through vague questions and dismissed my concerns without truly listening. What made the experience especially upsetting was that she assumed I was transgender and questioned whether I was a cisgender woman. despite my clearly stated identity on the intake forms. As a Black woman, this felt like a microaggression and made no sense in the context of the visit. The first red flag was when she asked if pregnancy was possible for me, which felt odd but I brushed it off. But when she directly questioned whether I had "meant" to identify as cisgender and female, I mentally checked out. The visit lasted under 10 minutes, and I left without any of my questions addressed, no follow-up, and feeling worse than when I walked in.This experience made me feel uncomfortable, unseen, and insecure. I would never return to this office or recommend it to others
