The 3 ladies behind the desk were also extremely kind.
I am very happy that I found a new Gastro Doctor & I’m hoping after his tests that he can figure out what’s going on with me…

Dr Zaffer asked relevant questions about my medical history to decide the proper course of treatment to take for my issues. He explained why he will be doing each procedure and where the procedure will take place. He made me comfortable about the entire process and trhe office staff was friendly and professional.

The staff is awesome ! Very friendly and nothing but smiles ! The office itself is clean! As for Dr Imran he is a great listener and doesn’t interrupt when you are explaining to him the issues you are having .. I am glad that I found once again another doctor that is attentive and don’t just brush you off !!

He explained thoroughly the following steps we will be dealing with which will allow him a thorough and accurate plan of care and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in explaining an upcoming procedure I will have to undergo.

Dr Zaffer was very kind to my elderly mother. Most doctors just speak to me, and rarely even acknowledge her, perhaps thinking she is too old to respond effectively. Those small gestures mean alot. He also was very clear with his recommendations, and made sure I understood all medical next steps. I felt very comfortable with my Mom is his care, as a new patient.
