Convenient and Accessible Care
Located in the heart of Manhattan our office is easily accessible and designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our patients. Our dietitian/diabetes educator offers telemedicine services, allowing you to receive expert care from the comfort of your home. Our commitment is to deliver world-class medical care to our patients. Although insurance companies have lower out-of-pocket costs, in-network providers are often limited by restrictive regulations as per timing and scope of practice. We have chosen to be out-of-network providers to ensure our patients get the highest level of care, allowing us to cater to each patient as an individual.
Our providers are out-of-network providers with all insurance providers, including government-issued Medicare and Medicaid. We have a set fee schedule that only applies to your office visit, which will help minimize any unexpected charges.
Lab studies and medications will be covered in-network by your insurance. Our office will provide you with an itemized receipt so that you may submit your claims out-of-network for reimbursement, as per your plan’s policy, or through your FSA/HSA accounts. You may pay for the office visit with your Flex Card.**
