Total waste of time because the office staff never reviewed my appointment to confirm my insurance was accepted. My appointment was made days in advance and the Dr. was listed as an approved provider. Drove all the way over there for them to advise they don’t accept the insurance.

I scheduled my appointment on Sunday and there were openings the very next day however I was waiting for over two hours and never saw the provider. I ended up leaving.

I went on line to pick a provider and asked do they take children 11 and they never contacted me until half hour before my appointment. I took a day off work and took my child out of school. mind you on the web site i requested a EKG for a child and his name and address came up. So I felt so lucky to have found 1 close to home. What a waited day. I would never recommend . First of all I tried calling and no one ever answered the phone so you have to do everything online. The system sucks and the young lady called me from the office wasnt able to provide me with any solution of help to contact another provider.

Dr Lee is an honor to work with, he has listened to all my problems and attended with his very best interests. I will recommend Dr Lee to anyone who needs to be strong. The environment has been very clean and the staff are doing an excellent job.

We made an appointment at this office because they had numerous appointments available online. Our appt was for 10:45am. Start to finish with labs and seeing the doctor, we did not walk out of the office till 4:30pm and we were starving. The waiting room was extremely crowded with people waiting for their turn. It was disrespectful of everyone's time especially considering there were many elderly patients waiting with us who were fasting for their tests. Clearly this office is mismanaged with regard to scheduling/overbooking appointments. When we questioned why this was, all they could say was that the in house labs are not open everyday which again goes back to them perhaps not booking so many patients. My advice is to not book here unless you want to literally spend a whole day waiting for basic examination and tests.
