I hadn't been to the dentist for a year due to insurance changes. I was relived that the staff did not make me feel ashamed about the condition of my oral health. They were also great with informing about new developments with my oral status and communicated clearly what the next steps would be.

Dr. Tieu went above and beyond. An appt was available quickly but when there weren't cleanings available, since I was the last patient of the day, he did the cleaning himself! The ultrasonic scaler was very cool and my teeth feel exceptionally smooth.

Dr. Tieu and the staff at Parkrose Dental are wonderful. I’ve been here many times. They make you feel at ease and welcomed. Dr Tieu sits down and talks through anything you need done. He doesn't push you into any choices and makes sure you are 100% comfortable before proceeding with any work. The best experience i’ve had at any dental office in my life hands down.

This dentist visit was nearly fun - they're all so competent (the hygienist was a gum-rating machine!!) & they involve you in the process (you see your xray pictures develop as they're happening, watch them mark which teeth have fillings, watch the dentist look over all your images & notes). Everyone was polite and considerate. It was very thorough, professional, and painless.

Had to get my tooth pulled and it went so fast and painless! I couldn't believe how fast they took out my tooth and I had no pain. Still don't have any pain and it's been 2 days. This was my first time visiting Dr. Tieu's office. The front desk staff, the dental assistant, and Dr. Tieu were all very kind. I appreciated that, even though this was my first visit, everyone remembered my name and used it. It's a very friendly place. I don't have great insurance, but the staff went out of their way to explain what was and wasn't covered, and what they could do to try to fix the situation. I was also surprised that as a new patient, they could still see me relatively quickly, as I had just a few days earlier chipped a tooth. The office was very nice and everyone took all the appropriate precautions during COVID. I felt quite comfortable there.

My visit was honestly the best dental experience I've had so far in my life. Everyone there was extremely kind and professional, Dr Tieu thoroughly explained the state of my teeth to me, and the hygienists did an excellent job. I'm definitely returning and will hopefully not have to find another dental provider in the foreseeable future.
