I had been seeing Regina for several years while I was living in Chicago. I struggled with severe panic disorder, and she guided me through the worst moments of my life and was such a great listener. She always gave me great advice, was never judgemental with my emotions, and made me feel so at ease. If I hadn't moved to PA, I would be seeing her today, without a doubt. She's truly a special person and anyone would be lucky to have her as a therapist/mentor. I've told her in the past I wish I could take her anywhere I move to... she's the best!

Gosh it is difficult to adequately convey how much I recommend Regina! She is consistently professional, immensely empathetic and genuinely kind. She is funny and down-to-earth and warm. Regina was my therapist, but also felt like my personal cheerleader. I always felt so seen and supported by her. Every session, she met me where I was at and proceeded to lift me up from there. She helped me see and understand things about those close to me differently, as well as tweak some life-long narratives I held about myself. Some of the reframing we did together totally changed my relationships and, as a result, my life. I am not sure I ever would have been able to conceptualize certain parts of my family and my marriage the way I can now without the lens she provided. Regina was a huge blessing in my life and I will forever be grateful (and better) for the time we worked together. I still hear her voice in my head months after we stopped working together and I hope I always do!

Regina is AMAZING!! She is warm, empathetic and is safe. You feel comfortable talking about anything and I've learned so much about myself from working with Regina. I also appreciate her kindness when discussing tough topics and Regina always temperature checks with you when making a comment to see if you agree. This allows for both parties to be on the same page when moving forward with a conversation. She is the best therapist I've ever had. I truly appreciate her and that she took great care in getting to know me and understand my whole life. She remembered everything too which made conversations much easier down the line. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
