I was able to book my appointment online very quick and easy. The lady at the front desk called to confirm my appointment. The office was extremely clean and orderly. Dr. Parsell was unable to fix the issues as I came in as an emergency, so she quickly referred me to a specialist. The lady at the front desk did her best to call around for an office that was open and had availability to see me the same day. She was also able to print off a receipt after I self-paid. I would highly recommend this dentist for all your teeth needs. I've been seeing her for years.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Parsell and her staff. After a few years of seeing another dentist and having some significant scheduling issues, I was ready to find someone new. Dr. Parsell came recommended by my kiddos' dentist, who is also great, so I had high hopes...and Dr. Parsell did not disappoint! She is so kind, took her time, and really listened when I talked to her. I don't think I've ever seen a more caring and thorough dentist. I was so surprised that she did most of the visit herself. I am so happy I switched to Dr. Parsell, and my wife will be coming to see her soon as well.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Parsell + staff were very friendly and I felt very comfortable with the treatment and environment. Dr. Parsell personally did the cleaning which was a welcome surprise. Answered all my questions in a straightforward and caring way. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work done.

Absolutely a God send for our daughter. Who 5 years ago at the age of ten had a severe bike accident and broke her front permanent teeth off. Long story our daughter had a rare reaction to the iv medication and has to have general anesthesia. Also we we’re told that the root canal a previous dentist did was going to have to be removed and she at 10 would need a partial denture. For the past 5 year due to unforeseen and unfortunate reasons she never went back to a dentist for financial and she was terrified. Now at 15 and 6 job relocations and moves and her maturity I looked for a dentist to fix our daughters teeth. Which was well overdue ( please don’t judge).
When we arrived the receptionist reassured her and the Dental hygienist was so kind and gentle and the Dr topped the cake. Come to find out her root canal just need the binding redone and the root canal is good and at age 20 she can get them crowned. But the Dr explained everything took a very thorough health history too. A++++

Had a horrible experience at Aspen Dental prior to visiting Parsell Family Dental. By far the best dentist and the best staff I have experienced in dentistry. Everyone was very down to earth, and really cared about the quality of care they were providing. Aspen dental really left a bad taste in my mouth, but Dr. Parsell and her whole staff really were fantastic. Parsell family dental will definitely be my new dentist!

Since I relocated from out of state, I needed to find a new dentist. I chose Dr. Parsell due to high ratings on social media and a convenient location to me. I concluded the high ratings to be well deserved.
Dr. Parsell was friendly, engaging and an excellent technician. The state of the art equipment was impressive. I can honestly say I have found my new dentist.

First… I am Huge on Customer Service! This office did an amazing job at that. Second….it has been a while since I walked out a Dental office and felt like my mouth lost weight (in a good way), here it felt like I went to the dentist. Finally….the pricing, I was not Upsell on anything. Everything on my treatment plan I knew needed to be done; that integrity is a must!!!!

I broke a tooth one night. It was most uncomfortable. The next day was Friday before a long holiday weekend. If the dentist had not been able to see me I would have had to manage the pain until the next Tuesday. Thankfully, your records were consistent with the calendering at Dr. Parsell's office.
They got me right in the next morning.
This was my first experience scheduling ANY provider on line. Pleasantly surprised.

Entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Dr. Parsell did the cleaning herself. She also consulted with me prior to cleaning on the health of my teeth. To me, this was a huge benefit, because past dentists have the hygienist do everything and then swoop in at the end for 5 minutes and say a few statements. Dr. Parsell was professional, friendly and easy to talk to.

My whole family sees Dr. Parsell and we’re so glad we found her. She is both professional and personable. She made adjustments to the way she did her exam based on some concerns I shared with her about painful experiences with previous dentists. Her staff is pretty amazing, too!

I am super weary of the dentist usually.. but Dr. Parsell and her staff really changed my mind with their friendliness, honesty and how great of a job they did. My previous dentist sold her practice so I needed to find a new one. Found and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Parcell through ZocDoc. She was very nice and personable. I went during the Covid-19 pandemic so I had to wait in my car until my appointment time which was fine. I was the first appointment of the day so there wasn’t really much of a wait once the office open. I went a bit early because it was my first time going to this place in case there were additional forms I needed to fill out other than what I previously sent through email. The office seemed nice and so were the staff. I very much recommend Dr. Parnell.
