Paspa Physical Therapy
Paspa Physical Therapy is one of the most highly recognized orthopedic and sports physical therapy practices in New York City. Whether helping a weekend warrior or an elite runner, our highly trained and experienced physical therapists are dedicated to helping patients of all ages and abilities get back to doing what they love.
We have earned our excellent reputation by providing high quality care with experienced therapists who integrate patient education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription into their treatment plan. Our physical therapists have years of clinical experience in orthopedics and take continuing education courses yearly, which ensures they are up to date on the most current treatment protocols. All physical therapists work closely with the patient’s physician throughout the patient’s recovery process. All physicians are periodically updated on their patient’s progress through written reports and phone contact. All patients receive care in an environment that supports healing and recovery.
Paspa PT is a member of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network, which means that we are endorsed by HSS and its physicians and meet their rigorous standards of care.

Pamela and Kristen are wonderful! Pamela helped me last year with my bursaitis problem. She was very dedicated to helping me to recover and taught me exercses to do at home to stay healthy. This year Kristen is helping me with another injury. Kristen is very attentive to my needs, her beside manner is excellent and she listens to my concerns. I am very grateful to have found this place! I live all the way in Brooklyn, but I don't mind traveling for because it's a great place.
