Matthew is a great therapist. We used him for couples counseling and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He really listened and understood what we were saying, and gave us tools to practice between sessions. I would highly recommend Matthew for individual or couples counseling.

I first came to Anisa a few years ago when I had a mental health breakdown after years of being in survival mode. She taught me tools that I still use today. I went from surviving to thriving. She knows her shit. I have done the work. I have returned to her because I recently lost my spouse unexpectedly. She is helping me navigate this new norm. She is amazing and good at her job. Please pay her the big bucks, because she has earned it!

I was referred to Jennifer by Kaiser. I find her a great therapist because she doesn’t let me fall back to my old negative thinking. She tells me when she observes positive change in my thinking, but she will not let me criticize myself while I am working with her. I actually look forward to sharing my experiences with her and receiving her feedback, whether it be positive OR negative.

By far one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. I may be stubborn and inflexible but she always hits the right spots and tells me what I need to hear. Greg met all my major criteria in a very exhaustive search for the right provider. He is a gay man like me which makes me feel safe and comfortable. He practices EMDR which I find very effective in healing my trauma. He is kind, warm, and relatable. He has helped me weather major life challenges and I trust him, which is a very hard thing for me to do given the trauma from my childhood background and circumstances.
