Great listener but also goes to the points for action steps. Sees both sides of the story and asks the right questions. He asked a question I hadn’t asked myself and that alone unlocked something in me. Knowing which questions to ask and what needs to be solved vs not!

Laura is immensely personable and likable. Her friendliness makes it easy to open up to her. Not to mention her wildly talented mind. Once that friendliness opens you up, that super mind of hers goes on pro mode and there’s no one better i could’ve asked for.
