I don't think I would use Zocdoc again for booking anything. The provider didn't show up to the appointment. I was contacted many times by this provider's "office" requesting intake forms and reminding me of my appointment. I also got similar messages from Zocdoc, reminding me as well. I had an appointment at 5:30PM. I showed up at 5:25PM and waited for 30 minutes until 6:00PM and the provider never showed up. I was not contacted via phone or email either. I would not recommend this provider.

Nurse Jackie has really helped me get back into taking care of my mental health. I took a long break from treatment due to insurance issues and anxiety, but it has been so beneficial. She is real, human, kind and very honest. I would recommend her to anyone I know. Thank you so much :)
