I was unable to reach my Dr. After calling my pharmacy and my meds not being there, and then calling and not being able to reach my provider for meds I've been taking long term? Is unacceptable.

I had an appointment last month an this month with this provider she did nothing for me first appointment she was 30 minutes late & she seemed more interested in pushing new medication on me instead of giving me the medication that’s kept me stable for years she says not at this appointment but next appointment she will prescribe me my Seroquel and Prozac second appointment this month on August 4, 2026 she was an hour late for this appointment I gave her a call after waiting 25 minutes in the waiting room to ask her if we still have an appointment and she says yes but it’s gonna be a while because she’s out getting coffee which I found very inconsiderate.My appointment was at 2:30. I didn’t get on video chat with her until 3:30 I went ahead and accepted the link. She sent me & once again she tried pushing new. Medication on me & lied to me saying she sent in my medication Seroquel and fluoxetine into Walgreens.My pharmacist said she never sent anything in.Iwouldwrite morebutitwontletme

I am so happy i found Celestine. She truly cares and understands and takes the time o listen to what you hav to say. I've had a provider on zoc doc for years that recommended Celestine to me. and I'm glad she did. The best part is Celestine is understanding of how I want my medication treatment to be what it was bc I was high functioning then. I hv Asperger's PTSD severe anxiety disorder MDD panic attacks. So I'm not easy to understand. I'm so happy i found a Dr who understands and actually cares. I highly recommend her and I hv already recommended her to all my friends and family! :)

I spent quite some time reading the reviews before booking with this provider and felt good about it, but was pretty disappointed with my experience. They were much more focused on prescribing than hearing me and sharing to get to the root of the issue, which isn't what I was looking for. If I have one or two specific things I need help with dealing with, the solution isn't to just throw meds at it.

This NP is so excellent in her clinical skills, she educated me on the side effects of the side effects of my antidepressant. This made me to stopped taken that medication at bedtime and I can now sleep good at night without any difficulty.
