The office said my appointment from ZocDoc was not officially inputted in the system - even though i confirmed the appointment via the link i was sent 24 hours before and prefilled all my paperwork
i had to refill everything out and wait 2+ hours and the doctor/team were extremely rushed and did not listen or communicate properly with me.

I enjoyed my experience at this dentist's office as a new patient. They were a bit busy because of number of patients and amount of staff in for the day (no fault of their own) but they were very kind/apologetic and efficient with my appointment. Both the dentist and dental hygienist were kind, helpful, and knowledgable. Will definitely be coming back.
