Off-putting, brings up zodiac signs. Out of date on technology. Everything is done by paper. She is unprofessional and the wait time is so unpredictable.

Dr. Boatwright was very knowledgeable but somewhat crass towards me when I tried to speak to her about my concerns. When asking about my family history, she asked me if my sister was “chunky like me”. Spent about half the time discussing my weight which I understand is a contributing factor to potential female concerns but it just wasn’t done very warmly. I cried after the appointment.

I waited over an hour past my scheduled time to be brought into the exam room. I then waited another 15 minutes before the doctor came in.
The doctor was wearing a casual shirt and jeans. No lab coat. No name tag. She didn't introduce herself. The only reason I knew who she was is.I recognized her from seeing her picture earlier.
The room I was seen in was not visually clean, the other patient's used sheet/ paper robe were balled up on the exam chair when I went in. The assistant removed the used linens, and nothing was wiped down. There was a tampon wrapper on the floor and a ball of hair. The desktop looked dirty.
I would not recommend her office to others.

Boatwright was fantastic! Found my new ride-or-die Gyno. She listened to my concerns, was gentle through painful points of the exam, and was very thorough in explaining the conclusion she had come to as far as the health issue I had encountered.
I felt heard and cared for. Definitely going back.

Doctor might have changed my life. Found out I had a condition during my annual appointment, and she suggested that my family get checked out as well for the condition. My insurance was also about to end and the doctor had all of my examinations expedited. 100/10 recommend.

Dr. Boat Wright was very knowledgeable. She diagnosed me, and gave me a care plan to help with my issue. After a previous doctor had failed to diagnose me, but only gave me surgery. She prescribed what was needed and clearly communicated to me how I take the prescriptions. She had me do some tests and ultrasounds. I will be returning!

If you’re scared of having a Pap smear done, go to this lady. She can work with anyone. I thought I had vaginismus for the longest but I don’t! Just needed a patient doctor.

Upon having my vitals checked, I noticed a needle, yes a needle on the floor. The woman who took my vitals went and grabbed lunch before calling me in, so I waited an hour after my appointment was scheduled.
The gynecologist immediately started out conversation about why I was on disability and what I do with all my free time, naturally this felt uncomfortable …considering I was in a gown waiting for a Pap smear . The gynecologist went on to ensure me the reason I’m on disability is something 50% of the population suffered from…..very judgmental, and again, an uncomfortable.
I also felt very uncomfortable that the gynecologist didn’t have a table set up for my Pap smear, and used a metal device. I had absolutely no way of knowing if it was properly cleaned , and every Pap smear I’ve had for nearly two decades consisted of the gyno having a table set up and allowed me to visibly see they were opening a new plastic device.
Overall, i would not recommend an ableist -gyno.

Everything was great, except for lacking all relevant information on where the office was located. I just had an address and suite number and it was actually at in Weiss Hospital and so very confusing.

Dr Boatwright was very helpful and is great at what she does! However, she did say she prefers not to work with younger patients (I’m in my early 20s). The nurse also seemed a little judgmental by my visit (came in due to missed period).

If you’re a first time patient be prepared to fill out a lot of paperwork. It took me a while to gather dates for all the background questions. Doing this online would have saved a lot of time. I had an excellent experience with both the nurse and the doctor. Questions answered exam completed great rapport.
