I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietetic Nutritionist based in the NYC/NJ. I focus on recipe development and meal planning with my clients; working with me includes guided nutrition counseling and goal setting for both long-term and short-term desires. I pride myself on being open and honest with everyone I work with. It is my goal (and my job) to learn about you and help get you to where you want to be. It is never too late to make the changes and become the person that you want to become.

I went to Paul because I wanted to have a healthier lifestyle. I tried to do it myself and got really into “diet culture” but nothing was really working for me. Paul was highly recommended to me by a family friend & he really helped me understand basic nutrition and gave me a basic meal plan that works best for me & my body! I have not felt this healthy in years!! He truly listens & understands & tells you the hard truth. Which I know is hard to hear sometimes. But his delivery was really kind. This was the best experience I've ever had and I will 1000% keep using his services as well as recommending him to everyone I know!
