My appointment experience was good but the follow up was disappointing. Additionally the doctors hours were not very good as he does not have evening hours. Good for someone with more flexibility but not for a working schedule. I also felt that my concerns were not addressed well and he was very flippant with my concerns. Back to the drawing board.

Don’t even attempt to set up an appointment with this guy, tried 3 different times on multiple occasions to be seen for a 5 minute referral for a different evaluation. Sat for over a hour n a half every time waiting and he never showed up on the video meeting. Very disappointing and frustrating, a complete waste of my time. Office couldn’t even have the decency to call back with an explanation. 0/10 service will definitely be going elsewhere.

I hadn’t had a primary care appointment in a while, and was looking to find one that I was comfortable with and knowledgeable. I found MD Charnoff to be both, and his staff to be wonderful. I will definitely revisit.
