I would say she has a gift and she clearly understands your needs, wants and works with you in every way that she can. She is a skilled professional at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone as she has helped me tremendously already with my situation. She understands and shows empathy to the individual. 100/10 if I could give that high of a rating. I am very glad to work with her as my therapist and can’t wait to see how much this will help me in the future. Thank you for your very thing you have done so far. In terms of the one reviews that she has gotten, ignore them. Don’t pay attention to them as it’s not a true rating of how she is skilled and what most people’s experiences are with her. Disregard all the one star reviews.

My time was totally wasted 2 times my original appointment was for Friday and it was cancelled an hour before die to the doctors office supposedly losing power her assistant texted and called and we resulted for the next morning at 10 am I woke up early and logged in to her waiting room and waited and got no response, I then called her assistant and texted and got no responce from her either ,this was a terrible experience and waste of my time ,and worst thing was I left my job early on Friday for the appointment and now I don't even have a doctor's note for my early leave ,that is required for my job ,I am utterly angry for my time being wasted and also for not recieving the help I'm seeking

It says on the app that the appointment covered by my insurance but after the appointment, she asked for big cash charge and I didn’t get notified in advance by this charges before the appointment!!! And keep following me for it and got a message just next day by a collector which made me more depressed and stressed ..

I called the doctor three times and the office once prior to my appointment time. They never sent a link and never responded. Very odd and weird.
I scheduled several days in advanced and called the office 2x to make sure my insurance was accepted. I left 2 messages , and an email and I never got a response. When it was time for my appt I got no call, no link to join session and no answer.

Cancelled my apt without me knowing! I called numerous times and they brushed me off as if I didn’t have an apt the Dr never called me the office is very unorganized they made another apt for the time slot very unprofessional

I waited for about 6 minutes on the zoom prior to calling Dr. Jorn’s office. She answered. Despite confirming my contact info well in advance, I learned she was texting the wrong number to confirm the appointment. Given it was our first visit, I asked if she could join the zoom there and then so we could properly meet. She said her laptop needed to be recharged and asked if we could try again later in the day. I had to explain I work full time and shuffled my schedule to meet her and I was available now. At that point I was frustrated and asked if we could just gracefully end the call. I was shocked she cited her policy about a cancellation fee when I was the one on the zoom and reached out. Beware! She eventually was apologetic and I thought I would not leave a review. But then, more than a week later I received a text from her office for an invoice. I do not judge Dr. Jorn, but feel she is in need for some competent staff and perhaps some professional courtesy towards new clients.

I enjoyed the meetings I did have with Dr. Jorn as I felt like we set out goals to look to accomplish. However, of the four visits, 2 were cancelled without notice (I had to take time off work) and my insurance information was never ran, recorded or taken.
I was apprehensive about starting therapy but felt comfortable right away with Dr Jorn. She is a very caring, non-judgmental person, and I am really looking forward to working with her.
I scheduled the appointment for my teenage daughter. Dr. Jorn called me first to speak about my concerns. She’s very professional & thorough. My daughter had positive feedback too. I’d recommend Dr. Jorn will be scheduling another appointment.
