Our practice is dedicated with patient care in mind and our primary focus is on your well being and getting you back on your feet fast.
Our doctors can also provide Podiatric Urgicare services with on-site xrays and ultrasound for diagnosis.

Insurances:
All major insurance plans accepted. Please call the office before booking if you're unsure to speak to one of our friendly staff. We will be happy to assist in verifying your coverage
Copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible are patients responsibility. The plan you choose may carry any and all of these. Please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to find out your coverage and your responsibility.
Referrals are patient's responsibility and your PCP must get it online since insurances will no longer accept paper written referrals. Please find out from your insurance carrier if that's required, and bring along on your visit. You will be billed the full amount of your visit if a referral is required and not provided at the time of your visit.
We do not accept straight MEDICAID plans, Empire BCBS HEALTHPLUS, BCBS with prefix JLJ, VGF, VFG, WORKERS COMPENSATION, EMBLEM HIP plan, and No Fault insurance claims.
To expedite your visit, please upload a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and fill out the Zocdoc Patient Registration form prior to your visit. If you are unable to complete the online forms, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete them in person.
No Show/Same day cancellation will be charge a $50 NO SHOW or SAME DAY CANCELLATION fee.
