Dr. Paulus and her staff have been outstanding. They immediately put me at ease and went above and beyond to help me understand the process of my dental treatment. As a young girl, I was in an accident that caused severe damage to many of my front teeth. Dr. Paulus listened attentively and helped me feel confident in moving forward with the treatment I desperately needed. I will be forever grateful.

Like one of the other reviewers, my main complaint was the additional services that were done (and charged) without asking me if I'd even like them. I went in for a simple cleaning, and walked out with literally hundreds of dollars of additional charges for services I didn't ask for, and was not told I was being charged for. When I paid, I received a simple receipt without any details of what I was billed for. I thought it seemed a little steep, but was shocked when I received a detailed statement in the mail (after I called to request it). The cleaning itself lasted about 5 minutes, and was a joke compared to every other cleaning I've had at previous dentists in my life. Overall, Dr Paulus was nice, but I would never recommend an office that is so deceptive about billing.
