Dr Runyon was very professional and his manner kept me calm during my visit. He ensured that i am in good hands. I do appreciate his approach.
Regarding my appointment though, I did have issues, because just me being a new patient, my original appointment, booked by Zocdoc was postphoned to 2 days later. despite the fact that I explained that I need an urgent consultation. I am still not aware if this was a mistake by Zocdoc or the clinic staff. That part should be managed better. However, has nothing to do with the professionalism of the doctor himself taht I was completely satisfied with.

Although no stated anywhere before I booked my appointment, they do require masks but do not provide them to you.

I'm so happy with Dr. Runyon. I made the appointment last minute due to an urging concern, but after sitting with him I'll probably be keeping him as my main OB. Very professional and personable. The staff was also very nice.
