Dr. Alvarez was very attentive and was able to relate to my previous condition with much knowledge. We came up with a plan and I'm very happy about my vist. I'm usually reluctant when it comes to Drs because they are stuck in their ways and not flexible but I didn't have that issue with Dr. Alvarez.

I actually saw Dr. Alvarez. He was great! I appreciate the time he spent with me and he addressed all of my complicated concerns. He also called and set up an appointment with a follow up specialist. Dr. Alvarez is very kind and his staff is too!

The lady at the front desk where you check in was extremely rude to me and another client who booked on Zocdoc
We were blown away by how disrespectful she was and then her office manager defended her when they should be made aware of these situations
I would never recommend this place
I came in for a gyno appointment to find out an hour after waiting in the waiting room that this was not a gynecologist
I wanted to walk out after the rep was rude and I wish I would’ve

Dr. Paz was very nice and knowledgeable. She’s intelligent and knows what course of action to take. She is not someone who will just Prescribe medicine to hide symptoms she’s all about the whole welll being off the person and suggests many holistic remedies before drugs. I hate going to the doctor and everyone here made me feel at ease.

Husband broke shoulder, and they made him come in to get a referral to surgeon. Wouldn't give him a copy of referral but said they sent it to surgeon. Surgeon didn't get it because it wasn't completed. Paz's answering service wouldn't call Paz because she was mad at me for being upset. Had to pay entire surgeon cost for first appointment including xrays and assessment costs. This also happened to me for a knee surgeon. Finally realized we needed a competent doctor's office.

I chose Paz Medical after reading great reviews on ZocDoc, and eventually made Dr. Paz my primary provider, however, I think it is worth noting that although she is great, her staff have been rude and unprofessional at times. I don't know if it's because I am young, I don't speak Spanish, or what...but I almost always leave with a bad taste in my mouth. People in this profession, whether they be a nurse or front desk receptionist, need to understand that they are part of the experience too. Not just the doctor.

She was nice but she did not help me at all....I went for skin issues and all she told me was to go for natural products... she did not diagnosed my skin condition. She basically rushed through the consultation.

I really was worried as a young adult going to an adult doctor for the first time. This office is one of the best I've ever been too and I am really grateful I found them when I did. From the doctor to the nurses, 100% would recommend going here.

Dr Paz and her nurse staff who took my blood and did my ekg were amazing. The nurse gave me a coffee and granola bar after I told her that I hadn’t eaten because I was fasting to do my blood tests. She was super caring and considerate. For Paz was thorough and knowledgeable. The wait time was over an hour after my appointment but I was assured that it was only because I was a new patient and they needed to wait on insurance checks. So I will definitely go back :)
