PCOS Treatment and Primary care for Women of Florida Go to www.pcossisters.com to learn more about Telehealth visits. $99 per visit for PCOS evaluation, $40 general visit, OR Subscription Services $99 per month or discounted if prepaid -Unlimited video visits and checkin's with provider -Personalized diet & exercise plan with access to Trainerize video workouts & Evolution Nutrition Apps. -Access to private PCOS peer support community and welcome gift I do not file insurance claims, allowing me to save administrative time and costs then pass these savings to patients! You may still use insurance for labs and imaging if needed but you might find our discounted labs more affordable. I will also provide a superbill allowing you to submit visit to your insurance for reimbursement.
