Receptionist very friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I was seen right away. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Everyone speaks softly and kindly. Dr Furr listened to my concerns, performed a few tests, and created a plan of care. I left without answers but feeling like progress was made. Would highly recommend this office in general and Dr Furr specifically.

It was great and quick. After discussing my issues, I also mentioned wanting to look into an audiology appointment some time, and they were able to get me in right then to do a hearing test right then.

Wanted a second opinion for a septoplasty/rhinoplasty, the consultation went well. Felt comfortable with the doctor and thought he was very thorough in walking me through what would essentially need to be done.

Dr. Furr found the problem right away and did follow up with an audiology test to confirm that there was nothing else going on save for some hearing loss from an incident a few years back. Everyone was on the ball, friendly and professional. So glad Dr. Furr was available, answered all my questions!
Parking was easy, though there is no way other than the elevator to get up to the office- do NOT try the stairs! and completely not this practice's fault, only one elevator was functioning.

I found Dr. Furr through an online referral when I searched for an ENT doctor that accepted Cigna. The experience from first contact throughout the process was one of the best that I have had. I received a callback immediately, they sorted out some discrepancies with the online appointment times and accommodated further audiology tests that were not originally scheduled. The next time I need to visit an ENT doctor I will not hesitate to contact Dr. Furr's office directly.

I felt like a patient and not just a number. I’ve seen many ENTs over my life and Dr Furr was by far the best. I came in to talk about options for fixing a childhood broken nose. I never expected Dr Furr to talk to me about my thyroid disease and submit requests to my PCP for an annual follow up that even my endocrinologist felt wasn’t important anymore. He took the time to really examine all parts of my anatomy that he’s trained in not just what I came for. He could have just seen the easy paycheck because I expressed that I will be moving forward with the elective, not covered by my insurance, surgery. Instead he made me feel important and that my time should be spent truly healing issues instead of just making a buck. I will be referring Dr Furr to everyone I know who needs to seek medical assistance from an ENT.
