I believe healing from trauma, grief, deep-seated depression, anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, chronic self-doubt, wounded inner child, and inner loneliness can be possible. Life can improve, people can change, and hope and answers exist. My goal as your counselor is to nurture your emotional health for those wanting peace, healing, and accepting life’s tribulations as they come. In our counseling session, I foster you a safe place to express yourself with warmth, empathy, trust, genuineness, and respect.
I help you by using deep introspection to see where the cognitive distortion lies. From there, we work together to build a life of positive emotions, engagement, and meaning. I offer you experience, specific treatments, and integrated approaches so that you can move forward and have the quality of life you seek.

I would schedule an in office visit and she would always reschedule. the next appointment she never responded to my question if we were still meeting. we ended up doing a virtual. I felt I was not taken seriously and felt like my issues were not a big deal and I shouldn’t be getting stressed about minimal things.
