Hello, my name is Kimberly Gray. I am a licensed professional counselor. I truly believe everyone needs someone to talk with at times in our lives. Whether you are having issues with depression, anxiety, women's issues, grief or stress. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy primarily as my modalities to assist clients process their thoughts, feelings and emotions, while finding solutions to their issues.
