I left this appointment feeling worse than when I arrived — I literally broke out in hives. During the session, I was told that the sun does not cause cancer and that I should sit outside without sunscreen as part of a "grounding" practice. I also felt the provider seemed unfamiliar with the medications I mentioned, which was unsettling for a mental health appointment. When I tried to cancel due to a personal concern, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee — a fee that does not appear anywhere in the paperwork I was given to sign. I felt I had no choice but to attend. It is already so hard to ask for help. Please do your research before booking here.
