At Peaceful Horizons Counseling, LLC, we believe therapy should feel supportive, welcoming, and tailored to your unique needs. We provide therapy for individuals, teens, adults and families across Georgia, offering online services. Our goal is to walk alongside you during life’s challenging moments and help you move toward healing, growth, and balance.
We support clients facing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, we strive to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
In addition to individual therapy, we offer family therapy to help families strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and work through conflict together. Family therapy provides a space where each voice can be heard, patterns can be understood, and relationships can begin to heal. We work collaboratively with families to improve connection, understanding, and emotional support at home.

Most relevant
She’s super nice and a great listener! However, lacks a lot of engagement during sessions. I originally went to her for DBT therapy, but we never really touched bases on it that much. However, she did make it clear that she would provide DBT based on however I’m feeling at the moment. On our previous session, it was the perfect opportunity to start it since I was visibly upset and made it clear, but instead, it was just me talking to myself and she basically gave the typical “How did that make you feel” and the “Oh, that’s pretty bad I get that” and that pretty much summed up that entire session. I’ve had multiple sea with her, and I haven’t really learned anything or got anything out of our talks. Again, she’s super sweet, but if you’re actually seeking advice/engagement on your sessions, I don’t recommend. However, if you just want a listening ear, she’s perfect for it!
