Mrs. Jackson was very understanding and a good listener. She made me feel very welcomed just from the assessment portion of the visit. I went on camera feeling down and left out the meeting feeling better that i was able to talk to someone who doesn't judge me in any decision. looking forward to our next visit.

I have only had my first intake appointment but she was very attentive in listening, cautious in answering questions that needed further explanation and agreed to research my current diagnosis of PNES which she was not familiar with.
