I went to Dr. Schiff for neck and upper back pain. The office was clean, modern, and cozy. All the staff members were lovely and kind. Dr. Schiff was very personable and made me feel comfortable and listened to. He diagnosed my problem and prescribed me a holistic treatment program. This was the first time in my life I walked out of a doctor's office smiling!

Everyone in this office was wonderful! Bailey, Dr.Murphy’s assistant was very knowledgeable and eased my fears about seeing a new doctor. The front desk person was very kind. I knew one of the X-ray people. Both of them were great. Dr. Murphy was very clear about my issues. He was kind and let me be the decision maker in my treatment. I will definitely return to this office!

This location is very easy to get to the staff are very friendly and professional. An Dr. Cone, takes time with you to make sure that you understand everything and is very easy to talk to and welcomes any and all questions. And is very uplifting and a positive outlook on life and your well-being and never rushes you so when you leave all your concerns and questions are answered. You leave with piece of mine. Everything about my visit February 3, 2026 was excellent, from the moment I walked in the door to the time I saw Dr. McCCollam. I even went home and told my wife how impressed I was. The professionalism was top-tier across the board from the ladies who greeted me with a smile when I walked in, to Amy, the radiology techs, and of course Dr. McCollam himself. I honestly haven’t experienced service like this since I visited a dentist’s office in Columbus, Ohio, over 20 years ago. When I grade Dr. McCollam, his staff, and this entire practice, they get a 100% from me. Without hesitation, I would refer Dr. McCollam to any of my friends dealing with elbow, wrist, or hand issues. I was greeted in a professional manner. The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and considerate. The x-ray tech and the doctor were efficient. The doctor diagnosed and treated my issues. I was informed that it would take a couple of day for the meds to take effect.

Dr. C seemed rushed and uninterested and slightly irritated. He’s an excellent surgeon but lacks bedside manner and listening skills. This was a 1 year followup. X-rays were taken. No physical exam performed. Unable to clearly answer questions regarding surgery level. Did not want to take time to pull up record to verify.

Cold and callous doctor that will dismiss your chronic pain. His staff were so kind and actually asked questions to try to understand my years of chronic cervical and lumbar spine pain. He was the polar opposite. He said my X-rays look fine and I asked about degeneration bc of the problems I’ve been having. And he said “yeah there’s some degeneration”. He watched me cry without a modicum of empathy, no offering of kind words, a tissue, anything. Said there was nothing he could do about 5 years of chronic back pain and maybe if I’d hurt my back yesterday, he’d recommend some ice. I wouldn’t recommend him to an even an enemy. If you need a Dr that cares and will listen and talk through options, stay away from Dr Cassinelli.

Dr. Lahiji’s bedside manner is very pleasant! He listened to my concerns, explained what he saw on my X-rays with me and let me know all of my options after my sprained ankle diagnosis. I felt very seen and heard. What also stood out was that he introduced himself when he walked into the room, which I’ve experienced some doctors not do anymore. His assistant, the x-ray technician and office staff were great also and it did not take long to be seen after check in. Overall great experience!
