All in all a great experience. The only constructive feedback I would give is that they didn't provide my Pupillary Distance on my prescription and when I contacted them to ask about what it was they said I would have to go back to the office again to have them measure it, this should be part of a basic, standard exam since it is required for any type of glasses you might procure online or from a different provider.

She was very attentive and communicative with me about my vision concerns and her examination resulted in a better prescription and a referral to an awesome specialist. The staff was very friendly and I will be coming back for my yearly prescription renewal :)

All in all, my experience was very poor. The entire appointment felt incredibly rushed, with the exam being squeezed into barely 20 minutes. Dr. Aleksic was noticeably impatient and extremely short with me from the start.
She zoomed through her questions so quickly it became confusing, and she seemed visibly irritated when I couldn't provide an answer at her breakneck pace. Rather than slowing down to ensure accuracy, she would simply repeat the same question even faster, sounding annoyed that I wasn't responding instantly. It felt incredibly dismissive and patronizing, as if my presence was an inconvenience to her schedule. It was a stressful and uncomfortable environment that left me with very little confidence in the care I received.
