I was called after I booked the appointment on Zocdoc to reschedule because the appointment wasn’t actually available with my chosen provider. I had to book with another provider on a different day. Check-in wasn’t exactly friendly. A lot of the paperwork I had to fill out in the office because the online Set Up doesn’t allow you to fill in everything needed, but otherwise the providers seemed friendly.
