Dr, Sadiqq was pleasent, but it took 2hrs before we were even seen. My appointment was originally set 4:30pm i received a phone call the day before saying that my appointment time needed to be pushed back to 5:30 pm instead. I kept the appointment when I arrived.The receptionist collected all of my information.There was at least ten or more people waiting to be seen when I arrived. Appears to be an overbooking issue. We were not seen until 7pm. it's been 6 business days later after my children were seen , we still have not received the medication prescribed to them. I Have been playing phone tag with the office receptionist and nurse. which apparently the office is only open on Tuesdays. So any messages left won't be received or only answered on tuesdays. A sick child should not have to wait 10 business days to receive their medication. Meanwhile you charge my copay and any other service fees immediately and my treatment is lagging. Still waiting for meds to be sent to pharmacy.

I just moved to the area and found 2 pediatricians. I opted to go with another one only because they had an earlier availability. Boy, did I regret that. I ended up canceling that appointment and went with Dr. Siddiq instead. Everything said about her is true. She is knowledgeable, thorough, warm, insightful and professional. Her office is peaceful and organized. I feel at peace knowing my son will be receiving the best care from her.

I would first love to say that i made an appointment for my daughter her appointment was at 2:30 then it got rescheduled for 5:30 I walked in there and it was fully packed no where to sit the lady at the front was super rude and seemed like she did not want to do her job all my kid needed was a shot we waited for 45 minutes and I went up to the front and told them all she needed to get was a shot they never gave me paper work to fill out when she never has been here before super unprofessional very disrespectful and I am very disappointed will never be coming back

I went to the doctor just for my son‘s physical. This was my first time going. When I arrived The woman behind the counter did not seem like she was too happy.. when my child’s name was called I went to the counter, and the receptionist advised me I needed to pay and fill out forms. This confused me because I filled out all the forms I needed to online which she told me I needed to do again and when I asked, what am I being charged for she responded saying paperwork and then told her how I brought the paperwork with me and she said well it cost me for them to fill it out. I have insurance and there’s not the first time my son has ever had a physical. I’ve never had a pay for it out-of-pocket for them to sign his Physical. I simply told him to take our names out of the system, that we would not be returning. It’s ridiculous. They’re trying to charge people out-of-pocket fees for something that doesn’t cost anything. This is that a place I will be returning to.
