Dr. Jacomides "diagnosed" the patient quickly and assuaged my concerns about the issue. I would have really liked to be asked if there was anything else that we could discuss since I was already there as I did want to talk about something unrelated. She seemed hurried and swept out of the room as soon as our topic was covered. The office was busy, but still, I paid for a visit, I took time to be there and just to make sure there was no other concern would have been greatly appreciated.

Doctor was super friendly and helpful, unfortunately the front desk staff was not. They were rude and when I asked a simple question to gain clarity on scheduling the next appointment, they started to give us attitude. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and thought the first encounter was just a one off thing, but when I came back for a follow up appointment, I was met with the same rude and unprofessional behavior from two different staff members. Decent customer service was nowhere to be found. I loved my doctor but unfortunately we will be taking our services else where.
