Bedside manner was mediocre and he talked over me. He couldn’t even complete what I came in for, so I had to pay my copay (plus $15 parking) for zero labs or testing to be completed or ordered at all. After waiting to be seen for over an hour, I saw him for 5 minutes. Then he had me make another appt for 1 week out. Then they called me back when I got home and had me make an appt for 2 weeks out because they needed me to come in the morning. Not going back.

I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unprepared Doctor. Started with insurance and payment. They tried to overcharge me by 5x, claiming that my insurance needed full payment up to deductible before copay kicked in. My insurance documents clearly state the copay is not dependent on deductible level. Only after going back and forth and contacting my insurance directly did they agree to the charge. Then refused to meet my medical needs, accusing me to "penny pinching" despite it being their fault that they were attempting to overcharge. He had no insights what so ever on the my blood tests and was totally unprepared. Told me I was lucky he would even take me since he doesn't like my Insurance. I could not believe how terribly unprofessional he is. Total waste of time. I do not suggest anyone visits this doctor.

I had a truly excellent experience at Dr. Kohan’s office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Kohan was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. Unlike many rushed appointments I’ve experienced elsewhere, this visit felt thorough and unrushed.
Dr. Kohan made sure to address each of my questions with clear explanations and genuine care. It was evident that he prioritizes patient comfort and individualized care. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident in the plan we put in place.
