While Dr. Toussaint's jokes are a bit lame (sorry, Doc), his bedside manner and skills are not. The staff matched his energy, which made for a vibrant, positive experience. Who knew an annual exam could be so fun. He is a definite keeper.

Finding Dr. Toussaint was like discovering a ray of hope I had given up in what had been a long, challenging journey. After seeing five OB-GYNs, none of whom could truly address my concerns, Dr. Toussaint became my saving grace. Overall, it was a really great experience from start to finish. Checking in was a breeze filling out the forms as it was my first time there was easy. The nurse practitioner who saw me prior to the doctor was very nice, very kind was very careful on the question she asked and how she asked them. The doctor himself was amazing. He was extremely educated knew what he was talking about, guided me, did not just tell me what I wanted to hear but told me what I needed to hear to better my Health Care.

Waited for over an hour in the waiting room. Waited another hour in the exam room to the point the lights shut off. After my appt, I didn’t receive a call but got an update saying my results were ready to view. My results stated an unusable sample was given and not 1 person called to reschedule nor did they return my call despite the urgency. I do not recommend this Dr at all and I gave them 2 chances thinking maybe it was unusual. Office itself is nice but this Dr and his staff are unprofessional and lack common courtesy.

? Come they were well informed and made me feel like I wasn't just another patient. They asked me certain questions that no other doctor has asked me and explain, I feel very comfortable as a patient a new patient. ?

This was the WORST doctor experience of my life! If I could give 0 stars I would Dr Toussaint was cold and distant I could have gotten past that seeing as I’m a new patient but what I can’t get past is me being examined in the nude and having nurses opening the door wide open THREE times where anyone outside the room could see me.
Then I finally got my surgery scheduled. Or so I thought, the lady forgot to schedule it so they had to rush book me a last minute appointment!
Then the night before my surgery at 7pm I get a call from Dr. Toussaint telling me he’s canceling my surgery They then pushed my surgery back an entire MONTH! Then they booked me for a completely different and more expensive/invasive surgery than what I was supposed to have done. This other surgery they booked would have literally made me infertile luckily I caught the mistake.
After many calls trying to fix it I was done and just canceled the whole thing. This review barely covers half of how bad this was!
