Dr Penrose is a very nice doctor. She taught me the basics about my conditions and gave me different options of how to treat them. She was even honest about what she can and cannot provide and told me about other dermatologists on the island that may provide more comprehensive services if the treatment at her office does not work. Highly recommended!

Dr, Penrose was professional and friendly - a nice combination. She assessed the problem quickly, told us what to worry about and what was normal and gave us options for the issues that needed to be addressed. We chose an option and she applied the treatment right away. She described clearly what was needed in follow and suggested we contact her if more treatment was needed. We were very pleased with the results.

Dr. Penrose was fairly no-nonsense (which I like) but very friendly. Her assistant who got my initial medical info was also very nice. I had my issue rectified immediately with clear follow-up directions. The wait was quite long but they did apologize. I would definitely return if I needed to see a dermatologist again.

The wait was a little longer than expected considering only one person was seen ahead of me, but my visit was not emergent so i wasnt upset. Dr Penrose is a nice doctor, friendly bedside manner. And referred me to someone she thought was more suitable for my needs. I will see her again.
