I booked this appt because of the reviews but I would not recommend to someone that actually needs help getting better. They brought me in tested me for Covid and the flu. Didn’t get my result right away but was told if I don’t get my results in 15 minutes that everything was negative. They said they would still send my lab results if they were negative just not immediately. I had a fever, stuffy/runny nose, coughing, wheezing and chills and they prescribed me NOTHING. I got my results 2 days later that I was positive for Covid. I am a teacher/coach and went back to work Friday because of my “negative” results so assumed it was just bad allergies. I have now exposed my coworkers, students and athletes because of the careless of this practice. I will 100% never be returning here and suggest you don’t either.

My experience was terrible. I would not recommend this provider. I canceled my follow up and will find a different provider.
They could not provide simple answers to billing questions, provide a list of tests being run, or offer sound medical advice or direction.

I had a FaceTime visit due to work and waited 30-45 minutes for the doctor to join the call. Called the office and no answer office hours were 8-5 and my appointment was @8:15.

Very comfortable, relaxing environment. I’m usually very anxious about having my blood drawn and discussing health concerns, the team did very well at maintaining a relaxed environment. Immediately established primary care with them because of my experience there.

I've been searching around for a PCP for about 18 months. At other locations, I felt rushed, but not by Dr. Eaddy. I even caused the appointment to start late because I hadn't completed my paperwork and she still took sufficient time to take a history and establish rapport.

It was horrible! I left in tears! I found this doctor specifically for detecting what stage I am with menopause. Took the estrogen hormone blood test TWICE! The first visit with annual bloodwork. They used the wrong tube so it wasn’t processed. The second time I took the blood test and also had a Pap smear exam. The Pap smear results came back, but not the other test. I called to get an update and the receptionist was clueless. Mind you, she personally called the lab to find out why the results didn’t come in the first time. Today, she told me to go to the lab myself, she wasn’t going to try a third time. Really??? I told her I was quite frustrated and she said there was nothing she could do. She said she would process the paperwork later. I asked do prepare the paperwork while I was standing there. She was in the middle of saying no and another employee dragged her away and shut them in a room. I finally walked out. What a horrible experience!

Jennifer Eaddy, DNP, has a good bedside manner. She is present with you, listens to you, and schedules referrals to rule out things or to provide more information to allow us to make better informed next steps. The office staff handles the front desk area well and speaks like a human to clients and puts them at ease. I hadn't been to a doctor in years and she didn't make me feel bad which I sincerely appreciated.

I had a good experience I was originally only going to see provider for a physical/ yearly exam. I decided this will now be my permanent pcp, I felt very heard and answered any questions I had. Very thorough and straightforward, over all this whole office visit went smoothe the front desk person was also very helpful and just a good experience all around ! I will definitely recommend her.

I had a fantastic first appointment with Dr. Eaddy. She is wonderful! I was blown away by how nice the office was. Everyone was very friendly, too. Super easy check in process via zocdoc too.
I have had a lot of different doctors, and I’ve had some great and some terrible experiences. Dr. Eaddy has wonderful bedside manner, listened to me carefully, made good suggestions, and I left feeling pleased with her as my new PCP.

Nice friendly people who listened and were thoughtful in their response. When the doctor said we need blood work she left and came back with all she needed for the blood work and a urine sample. No muss, no fuss, no extra appointments!!! Then I left with orders, for one more imaging test, in hand. Very easy and very thoughtful process. Best Dr office visit I've had in a long time.
