Made an appointment, got there and was notified they weren't taking appointments, although they are taking appointments online. waited two hours to be swabbed for a 15 minute rapid test and was told to download this app for results. i still dont have my results. i was told business would remain open until all test results were given and i still haven't gotten the results. and its not on this app. no one at the office can tell you how to navigate and get the info off the app and they dont have my results. so now i have to wait until tomorrow and call to hope they have the results. smh

This is the best place for Covid testing. You wait in your car and they come to you. When you are finished being stabbed, you drive off and they email and call you with results.

I made an appointment for COVID test per instructions on website. When I arrived they said they don't use the online appointment system. So I was put inline along with everyone else. No problem. But if the practice isn't using a system, they need to update their website to communicate accurate information to their patients. This isn't the first time I have experienced inaccurate info with them, which is why I don't use them for my primary care.

I went for a Covid test. They did the test and I requested the results to be e Mailed to me because I need them to travel outside of the country. They said they will send it at the end of the business day. I don’t have the results so I will have to get another test and pay in the country I am visited.

Very unorganized, the scheduling through the app doesn't send your appointment to the appropriate office.
Will not recommend to anyone, nor will I ever go back.

If going for Covid test arrive early as you will have to wait in your car. The appointment time I believe is a formality. My appoint was ll:15 and I was not seen until 12:20

The Dr(s)was very willing to find out and research my son medical concerns . We was referred to a specialist, however they gave a possible condition and provided good care and evaluation during this initial appt. They also help coordinate and appt/ referral to the specialist.
