Welcome to Perch Integrative Psychiatry! Dr. Jordan Metsky, founder of Perch, is a Board Certified psychiatrist who has expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions for children, teens, and adults. As a licensed doctor, Dr. Metsky has expertise in psychiatric medications, but believes that lifestyle modifications including stress reduction, nutrition, and exercise, along with complementary treatments can also play an important role in mental health care. If you are looking for a doctor who spends time educating you and answering your questions, you have come to the right place. Please note, all initial patient appointments are completed virtually via Telehealth. Subsequent in-person appointments may be scheduled in our Union County, NJ office depending on provider and patient preference.
