The quickest cleaning that I have had in my life, which means it was not detailed at all. Their water tool broke during the appointment and they had to have three people in the room to fix it. They suggested other items (that’s not covered by insurance) and it just felt like a car salesmen pitch. The office was not particularly as clean as other dental offices I have been to.

The dental cleaning was one of the most painful I’ve experienced. I waited so long to go in & then ended up bleeding for the rest of the night just for a simple check-up.

I really enjoy Dr. Nosov and find her to be very kind, professional, and informative. She’s easier to talk to than any other dentist I’ve been to, and actually listens to my concerns. Would highly recommend her.

Dr. Nosov seems like a fine dentist, but after a regular cleaning, spent very little time explaining the procedures that she recommended, including price and necessity of certain dental procedures that are not covered by my insurance. It would have been helpful if she explained exactly why such procedures were necessary and if there are any alternatives, instead of pawning off this work to her front office person.

Waited for 40 mins to be seen. Something broke during my fillings and dentist and woman at front desk were arguing while my filling was taking place. I left extremely stressed out and anxious.

I had my appointment in the evening. Maybe the doctor was tired but I felt like i was irritating the doctor with my questions. And when the cleaning was done i had a feeling that i have something between my teeth. When I complained doctor’s answer was “ I didn’t put anything in the there, i just cleaned”. It was rude and i felt very uncomfortable. Would not go back!

It wasn’t the wait time or the staff’s mannerisms that were an issue, it was how quickly the entire process was. Never in my life have I gone in and out of a dental office, with an x ray and THOROUGH cleaning, in 30 minutes or less. I walked out not feeling good about my cleaning at all. No flossing or picking between my teeth or anything other than applying that paste and asking me to rinse. I was not at all happy with it and will not be going back.
