Dr Jean-Louis is an expert & was incredibly patient in describing whatever what was happening with my foot issues. She also took the time to answer my steady stream of questions and explained the reasoning behind each step of action we were going to take. To top it all off she gave me advice on future preventative measures to help make sure issues didn’t reappear in the future. Would strongly recommend!

Great doctor and office staff. What everyone writes in the reviews are true. Only downside is I filled out all the required paperwork in advance and I was still instructed to fill out “their” paperwork stating that their paperwork needed to be physically completed at the office.

I was really impressed by the professionalism and customer service of the front desk staff. The office is nice and sterile. Her care helped to Eliminate three weeks of foot pain?. I will for sure recommend this doctor and office to others.

I highly recommend Dr. Vasthy Jean-Louis if you need a pediatrist. She is very thorough with her exam, and she explains everything that she will do before treating you. She answers all of your questions, makes you feel very comfortable, and she listens to any concerns that you may have.

Dr. Jean-Louis was very kind and knowledgeable during my visit. I only had to wait for about 5 minutes before I was seen and she not only help me with the current condition, but offered great preventative advise for the future. The office is very clean and comfortable as well.

I didn't like the fact that they didnt have an Xray machine at the facility. Also I fine that she chooses the longer process instead of the shorter one, in the end the results will be the same.

Dr. Vasthy was very professional. She was funny, comforting, and very informative. She's a people's person. The office was very clean and the receptionist very friendly and respectful. I would recommend anyone to go to her and experience a great doctor. The receptionist were very organized.

The wait time at my followup visit was unacceptable. I was stuck there for 45 minutes and in the end didn't end up seeing the doctor. I had to leave to get to work. Other people in the office were waiting even longer than I was!
When I spoke with the receptionist, she told me that the Dr. had not yet arrived! Also, she recommended I just come back and hope to get seen without scheduling an actual appointment. Clearly my time isn't that valuable to them. On top of that, this whole visit just required a 10 minute followup on an injury that's healing well.
Dr. Vasthy Jean-Louis was great when I could get in the office, but the wait time and not even showing up to the office is unacceptable.

Dr. Jean-Louis is incredibly knowledgeable, has the most pleasant bedside manner. Very smart and answers all your questions. The office staff is professional and I've recommended her to many people. I'm taking my son next week! Office is clean. They have a foot soaker while you wait!

Dr. Jean-Louis got right down to treating my feet. The appointment was quick, and I left with a clear sense of a treatment plan for the next 3 months.
She did give me some fairly complex instructions for using over-the-counter treatment; it would have been nice to have gotten those written, or to have had time to write them myself.
She canceled my first appointment, due to some personal matter, but I was able to book the next day. I ended up being late, but was still able to see the doctor after a short wait.

Had a great experience with this doc and her office staff. I was waiting for the meds to arrive to help treat my daughters condition. Unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover it. A few days and missed phone calls went by and the pharmacy gave the doc the prescription gratis for us. That was a pleasant surprise. Please be prepared for long wait times - this practice is super busy and popular.
