What made me most uncomfortable was the dentist himself. He repeatedly touched my arms, neck, and shoulders tightly during the exam, which felt inappropriate. He was also moving and swaying in a way (like he was drunk or on drugs) that made me feel unsafe while he was using sharp tools in my mouth. The cleaning process was rough and painful — it felt rushed and careless. He kept swaying in his seat as put instruments in my mouth and it was bumping me. I waited two weeks for an appointment for a simple cleaning, but when I arrived, they took X-rays and said I needed to reschedule for a “debridement cleaning” instead. The staff were very pushy about booking it for the next day, even though I’d already taken time off work. Overall, the entire visit felt unprofessional and unsettling. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Please be cautious if you decide to go here.

I thought this would be a step up from my previous dentist and was sadly mistaken. Pros: Friendly dental tech(not dentist), friendly person who checks gums(not sure the name of profession) Cons: No signage outside the building, Dentist and receptionist are standoffish and rude at times, bad at giving aftercare instructions, feel like a paycheck not a person.

Nice office, large waiting area with water, hand sanitizer. Helpful staff, efficient and thorough. While I was there, a wheelchair had a lot of difficulty getting between the water cooler and the wall to the hallway by bathroom. If you moved the water cooler 2-3 feet to the right, away from the choke point, it would be much easier for all wheelchair access in future. May help everyone get in and out without spending a penny. Easier emergency access too.

Everything went very smoothly from making the appointment right through to payment. I have been putting off a routine trip to the dentist as I dread the usual hassle. I finally booked with Dr. Neesha through Zocdoc and the whole visit went seamlessly without any extra charges or bologna. Clean office, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and quick, painless service! I've never had so little discomfort with numbing before. A fantastic job was done by all!

I was impressed with everything about this experience and I'm giving a 5+ rating. I was able to easily make a last minute appointment for a crown that had popped off, despite being new to the area and not having insurance yet. Not only did my tech make sure it went back on cleanly, she was up front about some options if it came off again. I look forward to making this office my permanent provider and working with the staff there (who were all incredibly helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable).

I explained that I was feeling a lot of pain in my gums and that I’d been using a certain brand of toothpaste and Listerine. The dentist then suggested I use that same brand and Listerine. I didn’t feel like anyone was listening to me.

Dr Hobbs and the hygienist were amazing! They were so kind and fun and made the whole experience a lot less scary for someone that doesn’t like the dentist. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while due to some bad experiences and they completely kept me calm and explained everything they were doing before doing it. I also appreciate that they showed me each tool before it was used. Definitely rebooked and would recommend!
