A friend recommended me to Emily Citro when I had a ruptured disc in my neck. I met with a doctor who recommended surgery, but I didn’t want to go that route. I had several sessions of physical therapy with Emily, and she was able to strengthen my neck and upper muscles in my back to the point where surgery was no longer necessary. I haven’t had any issues since and I owe it all to her.

Nurah is a top tier physical therapist and I am so glad I found her. She was able to improve my low back pain after long distance running. Nurah used dry needling, cupping, manipulation and soft tissue techniques as well as engaging exercises related to running. I cannot say enough about her bedside manner and friendly personality as well.
