One of our cornerstone technologies includes the **Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP®)—a minimally invasive laser treatment that enables patients to combat gum disease without traditional scalpel surgery. We also specialize in dental implantology, providing single, multiple, and full-arch implant restorations using digital imaging and guided surgery techniques for predictable, long-term success. Comprehensive Periodontal Examinations Our evaluation begins with a thorough periodontal examination, including periodontal probing, radiographic imaging, occlusal assessment, and risk factor analysis. We assess the extent of disease, attachment loss, bone levels, mobility, and other parameters to establish an accurate diagnosis and customized treatment plan. 2. Nonsurgical Periodontal Therapy We prioritize conservative therapy whenever appropriate. Our nonsurgical services include: Scaling and Root Planing (Deep Cleaning): Removal of plaque and calculus from deep periodontal pockets. Antimicrobial Therapy: Use of localized or systemic antibiotics to reduce microbial burden. Maintenance Programs: Periodontal maintenance visits tailored to the patient's disease severity and response to therapy. 3. Surgical Periodontal Therapy When non-surgical approaches are insufficient, surgical intervention is employed to access deeper areas of infection or regenerate lost tissues: Osseous Surgery: Removal of infected tissue and reshaping of the bone to eliminate pockets. Guided Tissue Regeneration (GTR): Placement of membranes and bone grafts to stimulate regrowth of lost bone and connective tissue. Crown Lengthening: Adjusting the gum and bone level to expose more of the tooth structure for restorative or cosmetic purposes. Soft Tissue Grafting: Correction of gum recession and improvement of tissue volume using autogenous or allograft materials. 4. Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP®) LANAP is a revolutionary laser-based treatment for moderate to advanced periodontal disease. Our office is certified in this FDA-cleared protocol, which is unique in that it stimulates the body’s natural healing to regenerate bone and soft tissue attachment.
