Very friendly and professional staff! Dr. Perlow took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one thoughtfully without pushing unnecessary treatment; his conservative approach is something that’s hard to find these days. The dental hygienist, Napoleon, also made me feel very comfortable and was so kind throughout my visit. I’m really happy I’ve finally found a great office for my dental care!! Highly recommend.

I first thought that I finally found my new dentist office until they told me they don't take both my insurances not because it wasn't active simply because they don't want to bother with the hassle of secondary insurance. The person that was handling my teeth was AMAZING. 6 stars he was patient and understanding. The paying process just felt very SCAMISH. Very predatory! The staff seemed amazing besides the payment lady but ultimately she works for the main guy and he sets the rules. All in all if the payment process wasn't horrible I would continue but I know a scam when I see it!

Dr. Yerlow was great! I contacted the office as a new patient seeking immediate attention for a sensitive area of my gums. They allowed me to book an appointment with Dr. Yerlow for the same week. When I met with Dr. Yerlow, he identified the problem and provided several treatment options. I chose the more involved treatment, and he took care of it during my same appointment. I really appreciate him and his staff!

Had a very good experience yesterday during my first visit to Dr. Jacob Perlow’s practice. Since my longtime dentist retired I’ve been looking for a friendly personable practice where you feel relaxed and taken care of. For me this is a good fit. I liked the reviews for Napoleon and asked for him to do my cleaning. He accommodated all my quirks necessary for me to be relaxed; he provided one of the best cleanings I’ve had. Dr. Perlow was thorough and seemed truly glad to have me as a new patient. There was no pressure to consider services I didn’t need…unfortunately I’d encountered that at the couple of “corporate” practices I’d tried before I found Dr. Perlow. The office space is very well thought out and attractive. I took advantage of the good selection of coffee pods and waters as I was leaving.

Dr. Volpe was very friendly and helpful. She took X-rays of my teeth and quickly identified the issues, scheduling the necessary treatments for my next appointment. I'm currently recovering from a couple of teeth extractions, and if all goes well, I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Volpe is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! She listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them more thoroughly than any doctor I’ve seen before. She even took the time to sit down with me afterward to talk through one specific concern — I’ve never had a doctor be so kind, patient, and attentive. Her bedside manner is incredible and it is so clear how much she truly cares about her patients and takes her work seriously.
Thank you so much to Dr. Volpe for turning what could have been a stressful appointment into one where I felt completely heard, supported, and comfortable. This is exactly how every dentist should treat their patients!

Hands down the best dentist office experience I've ever had. Everyone was very kind and easy to talk to. They always explained exactly what they were doing next, and any waiting I did was minimal. It was such a great experience from start to finish! The staff made sure that I was taken care of from the moment I wanted in. They throughly walked me though my treatment plan and made sure that I had full viability of the cost breakdown before they began. Plus they provided me headphones and TV to ease my mind during my treatment!
