I’m not going to lie I was a little thrown off when it came to their process of how they do things within the office. I’m used to big corporations like lens crafters etc. but I had to schedule an emergency visit and this was the only place that I could get in as soon as I did. I AM SO GLAD I scheduled here! I did find comfort in the fact that they speak to you like they’ve known you forever. David kept things so real and honest and I truly appreciated that.His wife Linda was sweet and welcoming as well, and so soft spoken. My wife and I felt safe and comfortable in this establishment which was a plus for us! I saw Dr. Islam, she was the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable. She helped me with my issue and I felt no pressure from her. She kept it short sweet and to the point and offered an open floor to speak about any other concerns I might of had. Overall I had an amazing experience.

Dr. Castro was great. The rest of the practice, not so much. The loud optometrist guy in front is what brings this practice down. They are listed as top tier provider on my insurance meaning I don't get charged a copay and have a higher limit for frames. They charged me a copay and wouldn't honor my higher frame allowance. Took my paper prescription and left. They also have a very small selection of frames so if you're looking for something stylish, go elsewhere.
