Perspective Mental Health Counseling provides secure telehealth psychotherapy for adults throughout Florida. Services are available in English and Spanish and focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, caregiver stress, and relationship challenges. Jennifer Laporte, LCSW brings more than 25 years of professional experience in mental health and social services, including service as a former VA Mental Health Therapist and VA Caregiver Support Program Coordinator. She has extensive experience supporting veterans, military families, caregivers, and adults facing significant life changes. Treatment is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). The goal is to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. TRICARE East (Prime and Select) accepted.
