Do you feel stuck in your relationship or career? My focus is helping people overcome self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. As a therapist with almost 30 years' experience working with clients, I practice a strengths-based, collaborative approach. I do not work with insurance companies anymore as I have found they limit the therapy process. Clients deserve a therapy process uniquely tailored to them, and I enjoy helping adult men and women identify and prioritize their most critical needs to live more fulfilling lives.
