Dr. Milburn has been in private practice in dermatology in Brooklyn and Manhattan for over 20 years after working for 10 years as a professor at the SUNY Downstate medical school. He is the author of numerous articles published in the medical literature. He has been a "Top Doctor" in the Castle-Connelly guide for over 10 years, and is a professor on the staff of Columbia University Department of Dermatology, and an attending at New York Presbyterian Hospital and St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital. He provides excellence in medical and surgical treatment with care and compassion for each patient.

His approach is methodical and thorough. He is not a cosmetic dermatologist rather someone who takes his job exceptionally serious. He inspected all of my skin even between my toes using well lit inspector gadget type magnifying glasses. Highly recommend

I’ve visited Dr Milburn before and returned to him because he’s a medical dermatologist, not a Botox salesman or someone offering infinite youth using breakthrough laser treatments - at least, that’s not the impression I got. Thankfully my issue was straight forward but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend him to some who has more serious stuff going on. First class doctor.
